Ordering, Contact Info, Plant Availabilty & Pricing

Please note orders placed after Sunday 14 December 2025 will be shipped after 4 January 2026.

Destinations supplied in Australia

We supply plants bare root with Australia Post to ACT, NSW, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria. We cannot supply these plants into the Northern Territory, Western Australia or Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions. We do not sell plants to international destinations.

For plants supplied in pots these can be picked up at the nursery gate at a mutually agreed time. 

Ordering Plants

Customers can order from this website, by post or e-mail. We will not take credit card details over the phone. To secure your order payment must be received within 14 days of the date of ordering or your order may be cancelled.

Availability of Plants

We offer bulk packs from time to time ranging from 10 plant packs to up to 50 plant packs. Please note if only smaller quantities of plants are listed, eg, a 10 plant bulk pack, and more are required please contact us first before placing an order to avoid disappointment. If this is not done and a partial refund is needed then the refund issued would be net of any charges/commissions retained by credit providers

From time to time plants listed may become unavailable if they can no longer be supplied in that size or are sold out. If this occurs then the order will be cancelled and payment refunded in full.

Pricing 

By placing an order you are offering to purchase plants at the price listed. From time to time there may be an obvious error in pricing that has not been picked up. If that occurs we will advise of the correct price and provide an opportunity to supply you at the corrected price.
