How to order

Welcome to our website.  Set out below are some steps to assist in ordering from this site.

Under "Categories" on the left, click on a plant group, for example, "agapanthus".  A number of individual products will then be displayed, for example, Agapanthus PMN06 Queen Mum Flowering size. Click on either the picture or the name of the product to bring up details about the product.

On some products detailed there will be a link titled "buy in bulk and save" click on this link to see what discounts are available.  Insert the quantity and then click "add to cart"

Once you have selected all the products you wish to order, go to "checkout" in top right hand corner under "Your Shopping Cart".  

Under "Express Checkout" you will be asked whether you wish to checkout as a "guest" or "register an account". There are a number of benefits to creating an account including fast checkout, access to tracking and history on all orders and discounts for repeat orders and even bigger discounts based on past sales volume. 

You will then be asked to confirm whether or not to ship to a different address to your registered address.  

After selecting the shipping address, you will then be asked about shipping options. These options include pickup, delivery, regular and registered post. For orders over $200.00, we provide a free upgrade to registered post so you only need to click on "regular post".  After you have clicked on the Australia Post link a new screen will ask how you wish to pay for the items. Select either Bank Deposit, Cheque, Money Order, Credit Card or PayPal Express Checkout. 

If you wish to pay by credit card, we accept Visa and Mastercard via PaymentExpress. Information about PaymentExpress can be found under the "Shop Policies" tab.

Once you have placed an order an order advice will be automatically computer generated and sent to you. Further computer generated advices will be sent to you by email as your order is processed and these may include order declined, cancelled, awaiting shipment, shipped or transaction completed.
