Agapanthus Black Magic is a robust full size variety from Maleny Agapanthus. It has large round heads of blackish buds, opening to the deepest purple flowers over wide straps of dark blue/green foliage.   A great companion agapanthus is Agapanthus Queen Mum to create a visual flowering sensation. These plants are small to medium and will not flower before November 2010. They are one of the most hardy dark blue agapanthus available on the market today.

Coming in 2010 is an agapanthus called Purple Magic, the second in the Magic series. It is an early flowering agapanthus. The flowers appear on short sturdy stems directly over the framework of the plant. The flowers are large with many deep purple buds. These open to light mauve with a deep purple stripe down each petal.)
