Privacy Statement

When ordering at Pine Mountain Nursery Store, you will create an account that
stores your information. This information is taken so that the next time you shop
with us you will simply log in. Your information is used in the strictest confidence. 

We will respect your privacy and will keep all your contact information confidential,
including orders, email address and personal addresses. 

Your email address, or any other information, will not be sold or passed on to any third parties. All customer details are kept strictly confidential.  We do not electronically have access to any customer credit card information and therefore neither is it stored in your account or our computer. We have an EFTPOS gateway for credit cards where you input card information securely and directly to our Bank.  We will never send you e-mails asking you to update your account information and if you receive such an e-mail purporting to come from us please let us know so that appropriate action can be taken.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Risk of loss

All items ordered from Pine Mountain Nursery and then purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.  Registered post including postal insurance is available on request.

Pricing

With respect to items sold by Pine Mountain Nursery, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
