All clivia seed on this website was bred by Pine Mountain Nursery by selective hand pollination of quality clivia cultivars and is progressively picked to fill orders to ensure its freshness and high germination rate. Our main flowering period is from May to October but we have spot flowering all year round. In our free monthly newsletter we preview some of our forthcoming seed and seedling releases. To subscribe just send an e-mail with the word 'subscribe' in the subject header. We will start releasing seed from mid May. Quantities of elite crosses will again be limited and sold on a first come basis. Orders can be adjusted as further seed is added. As with all seed grown clivia, genetic variation can be observed in leaf shape, width, length and flower petals will differ in shape, length, width and colour. Australian Customers We will sell clivia seed to all States of Australia.The cost of postage and handling for seed within Australia will be manually adjusted to $6.00 per parcel. International Custmers If you require a phytosanitary certificate, please place your order no later than the third week in May each year. The cost of obtaining a Phytosanitary certificate is dependent upon volume ordered and a typical parcel of up to a few hundred seeds would cost AUD45 for the certificate. Overseas orders placed after May will not be processed unless a phytosanitary certificate is not required. Overseas customers must pay in Australian dollars either by direct deposit into our PayPal, bank account or by credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa. For overseas customers no GST is payable and the 10% GST charge will be manually deducted from your seed order. Overseas buyers can e-mail your requirements and we will provide a quotation on costs. The typical air mail postage cost to Canada, Japan, NZ, RSA and USA is around $12. All prices are in Australian Dollars. Our web site is set to charge a postal cost at about $40 per order to prevent people placing an international order for one plant.
