Clivia Miniata Plants > Interspecific Crosses

Interspecific clivia are crosses between the four species of clivia - caulscens, gardenii, miniata and nobilis. These crosses can produce some ordinary looking flowers on the first cross but often when selfed or crossed again they can produce some beautiful flowers and colours.

In the gallery section are some pictures of some crosses that have flowered for us. Please remember that as they are interspecific and seed based so a range of seedling types are possible, some may be similar to original parent plants (eg caulescen, gardenii, nobilis, miniata) whilst others can be quite different.
